Sadhana Centre for Management & Leadership Development (SCMLD)

A fee-based training programme of 180 hrs for those who want office jobs and as such get skilled accordingly.

Apt for:

  • The unemployed who needs a job
  • College-going students who value time and seek to earn and gain experience while pursuing collegiate qualification
  • The part-time employed who are deprived of ‘professional certification’ hindering their career progression.
  • Graduates with less than 50% marks who can’t apply for MBA, PGDM, etc.

Eligibility:

  • 12th pass
  • Graduates (pursuing also)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite)

Personal grooming, personality development, communication skills in English, professional and internet etiquette, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, documentation, data storage & retrieval, customer relation etc. will be an integral part of the programme additional to the specific syllabus of the Sector Skill Council (SSC).

SCMLD placement cell will assist successful candidates to find employment with salaries ranging from Rs. 10,000/- to Rs.15,000/- p.m.

Selection: Based on passion to learn & skill oneself as such, wanting to grow in life working steadily up.

Batch Size: 30 Course Duration: 30 Days

Timing: 1.30 pm to 7.30 pm, 6 days a week for 30 days

Assessment and Certification: Will be done by MEPSC, an SSC under NSDC. SCMLD is the training provider affiliated to MEPSC.

Attendance Requirement: Minimum 90%. 

Placement: Will happen only if one has the will, and acquire the relevant skills & knowledge having a positive attitude and behaving professionally and disciplined. As such, this training will have conceptual content and practical activity based experiential processes towards the above.

Fees: Rs. 13,800/- payable for admission, through bank only, inclusive of learning material, computer facility, assessment, certification and employment support. It is nonrefundable after the class commencement.

SCMLD is an Educational & Training Institute under the ‘Sadhana Educational & Empowerment Foundation’ (SEEF) a ‘Not for Profit’ Public Charitable Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act and a Society Registered under

the Indian Societies Registration Act. Since 2006, SCMLD has educated/trained and placed 1501 ordinary graduates in Executive/Managerial jobs in the Pvt. industry/business organisations. Since 2016, SCMLD is concentrating on training and employment facilitation. Hence, it has affiliated with MEPSC now. The ‘Office Job’ based programme is commencing on 7th August, 2017. Earlier, it has coordinated and facilitated two ‘Train the Trainer’ programmes of MEPSC for trainers/teachers during 9th –14th May and 4th – 9th July, 2017.
